Privacy policy

Plain-language summary, effective November 2026.

What we collect

• Public business information published by listed businesses (names, phones, websites, service areas, published prices).
• Form submissions you send us (contact, claim, add-a-business, service requests, newsletter signup).
• Profile activity counts for listed businesses (anonymous view and click counts — no pet-owner identities attached).
• Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How service requests work

When you send a Request Availability form, your details go to the ONE provider you selected, and to no one else. We tell you exactly which provider receives it before you send.

What we never do

• Sell your personal information.
• Publish private home addresses of mobile operators.
• Send your request to multiple businesses without clear disclosure (we never do it at all).
