Billing & cancellation policy

SFL Pet Visits advertising plans (Growth, Featured, Spotlight) are month-to-month subscriptions billed through Stripe. The free listing is always free and is never converted to a paid plan without the business's explicit checkout.

Charges & renewals

Plans renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices shown are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Receipts and payment history are available any time in the Stripe billing portal, linked from your business dashboard.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically. Paid features stay active for a 7-day grace period while payment is resolved; after the grace period the listing returns to the Free plan until payment succeeds.

Cancellation & downgrades

Cancel or downgrade any time from your business dashboard via the billing portal — no phone call, no fee. Paid features continue until the end of the current billing period, then the listing continues on the Free plan. We do not refund partial months except where the law requires it or we made an error; write to us and we will make errors right.

Entitlements

Paid features are activated from Stripe's confirmed subscription state only — never from a checkout visit or a receipt email alone.
