Condo living: parking and access questions for mobile groomers

SFL Pet Visits · 2026-11-02 · General information only — not veterinary advice.

Before booking a van groomer in a condo: (1) Does your building allow service vans, and where do they park — loading dock, guest parking, or street? (2) Does the groomer need a certificate of insurance sent to management, and how many days ahead? (3) Are there vendor hours or elevator reservations? (4) Will the van need a water or power hookup, or is it self-contained? (5) If the van cannot enter, does the groomer offer in-home grooming instead?

Settling these five questions before appointment day prevents the most common South Florida grooming failure: a groomer at the gate and a concierge saying no.
